It has been a very long day. The regular schedule has now established itself where we meet for breakfast at 6am and need to be on our bikes ready to go by 7am so there is little time to prep in the morning.
Packed and ready to go. Tonight I will head to Glasgow and meet up with Alister; he heads up Hope for Justice in Scotland. We both then fly to Phnom Penh, arriving Sunday lunchtime and meet up with the rest of the team. Check back regularly for updates and pictures on what is happening. #hfjextreme #hopeforjustice #nomoreslaves
Hope for Justice
It’s now less than 2 weeks before I head away on my next physical challenge. I will be heading to Cambodia on the 27th of this month as part of a team of 18 riders who are going on an extreme challenge, riding from Phnom Penh in Cambodia to Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. What’s the reason for this madness? Read more
Has it seriously been over a year since I last made a post; I guess so. As you can guess other things have taken over my life, most of which has been focussed around family of which I will be able to hopefully share more about this later in the year but at present I cannot really share much; though it is all good.
Work has been crazy as a result if changing role as well as traveling to and from India. The other major part of the last year however has been my recovery after being hit by a car whilst on my commute home.
So, as ever it has been ages since I posted anything on here.because life never gets any quieter. As a result of this never ending busyness with work, family and church I have not had a chance to post something that is rather important to me. In a couple of weeks time I will be doing “The Tour of the Highlands” …. Again. This year is slightly different though in that I am raising money for Integrate Scotland and I would really appreciate your support. Yes I have set a stupid target to raise (if possible) but it would be fantastic to achieve it so please support in whatever way you can (click on the logo below). I am far from fit based upon how full life gets and finally whilst last years weather was almost perfect; with Scotland you just never know, its not too late to snow. So please give your support whilst I blow a gasket getting over some of the killer climbs at this end of the country.
